It's time for one of our biggest company events of 2017 - our Spring Rally & Vendor Fair! We are pleased that you have expressed interest in coming to share your products and services with our management team! California Pools will provide 1 banquet style, rectangular table with your logo signage, 2 chairs, and an approximate 10' x 10' display space. Lunch will be provided, and group rate accommodations are available at The Rancho Bernardo Inn (located at 17550 Bernardo Oaks Dr. San Diego, CA 92128).

As you can see, we've revised the structure of this event by combining our usual Spring Rally Manager's Meeting and our Annual Awards Banquet. Notice we have made some changes to our invitation list as well! Salespeople from each office are welcome to participate in this event, particularly since we are having a Sales Training Seminar on Friday, hosted by Mario Rossetti. This is a great opportunity to have multiple members of an office team receive great education and wisdom. With over 35 years of experience as a business owner, it is a privilege to have industry expert Mario Rosetti, of Rosetti Enterprises, counsel us in the foundations of sales success. Thus, we strongly encourage Salespeople attend this portion of the meeting, and they are also invited to attend our Awards Banquet Luncheon the following day with one guest.
Here are some more important details you'll need to be aware of for this event:
EVENT FEE: General Managers and Salespersons who RSVP and attend this event are required to pay a fee of $225.00. This helps us cover the cost of meals, speakers, and space for all attendees and activities. In addition, any Salespersons or additional guests who elect to attend the Awards Banquet are required to pay an additional fee of $110.00. Mindy Weber of California Pools Corporate will be in contact with you to finalize payment type for each attending Manager.
ROOMS: General Managers and Salespersons who have RSVP-ed to the event will be on the California Pools Rooming List at the J.W. Marriott. Once you have decided what nights you desire to stay, you may reserve them by contacting the resort at (877) 622-3140 / (800) 582-2996 or on our customized online portal. Room rates will be $184.78 / night, including taxes and resort fees. Reservations must be arranged by Tuesday April 5th in order to secure rooms at our exclusive rate!
ATTIRE: Throughout the meeting days, Wednesday April 27th-Friday April 29th, you are welcome to dress casual, particularly with branded apparel and comfortable shoes for the Office Tour (Wed) and the Vendor Fair (Thu). However, for our Awards Banquet Luncheon on Saturday April 30th, we ask that you dress in semi-formal attire. We will again have a photographer at the event, so dress your best and bring a smile!
